Refund Policy
For many years, Academic Writers USA has been providing the best content services to its clients while maintaining its quality. The company does not compromise on quality at any cost. Still, if, for any reason, the client faces disappointment or dissatisfaction with the quality of work, a refund can be made. Our Refund Policy provides the clients with the right to request refunds effectively.
Our company enjoys a higher client satisfaction rate while refund requests are very rare. If you want to process the refund of your money, you are requested to read our refund policy carefully before claiming. We will refund your money under some conditions that are mentioned below.
1. Requesting a Refund
- 1.1 You can request a refund by contacting our support team or by sending an email to us. The refund requests should be made by emailing to Customer Support (info@academicwritersusa.com) within fourteen days of product delivery.
- 1.2 To request a refund, the customer must explain the problems with the product and why they are entitled to a refund. Failing to provide the information necessary within fourteen days will result in the termination of the request.
- 1.3 If you are completely unsatisfied with the quality of work, you can request a free revision. Alternatively, you can request another author or contact the support team for a partial refund.
- 1.4 If the product failed to meet the marking, kindly send us the work you finished along with the grade and tutor feedback. Our team will review this and discuss it further with you.
- 1.5 A full refund is applicable if you cancel the order before it is assigned to a professional. If the expert has already started work, only a partial refund may be possible depending on the deadline.
- 1.6 Refunds will not be made for orders that are already completed or delivered, except for quality issues or late delivery.
- 1.7 If you mistakenly pay twice or pay the wrong amount, please send the receipts to our support team for a refund of the extra charges.
- 1.8 It is your responsibility to cancel duplicate orders before an author is assigned; otherwise, they will be treated as regular orders.
- 1.9 We will issue a full refund if we are unable to work on your order for any reason.
- 1.10 Refunds are not applicable if the delay is caused by the client (e.g., late instructions, wrong files, or delayed payment).
- 1.11 If the product is delivered after the deadline, you can request a refund of the pricing difference.
- 1.12 Late delivery refunds do not apply to revisions, as revision deadlines are set separately.
- 1.13 Upon receiving a full refund, the client loses all rights to the task. Academic Writers USA reserves the right to publish or use the content to protect its intellectual property.
- 1.14 Once a client approves the final content or a draft, they waive their right to request a refund.
- 1.15 In case of proven plagiarism, we offer free revisions. If time does not permit, a partial refund or store credits may be provided.
- 1.16 We offer free revisions for two weeks. However, once you approve a revision or redo, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- 1.17 If dissatisfaction persists, our Quality Analysis (QA) department will review the case. Refunds are only processed if the QA department approves the quality claim.
- 1.18 It is the client's responsibility to check drafts thoroughly. Changes to core instructions (title, methodology, etc.) after draft approval do not qualify for a refund.
- 1.19 If a completed order is not delivered and support does not respond within three business days, a full refund or store credit can be requested.
- 1.20 In case of failure, proof must be submitted within 14 days for a redo or partial refund.
- 1.21 Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.
- 1.22 We strictly prohibit chargebacks. Clients should contact our support to resolve disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to legal action and the client being blacklisted.
2. Refund Processing
- 2.1 Transaction processes may involve a fee of $10 or more. If the refund amount is too small to cover bank fees, it will be added to the client’s store credit balance.
- 2.2 Confirmed refunds are processed within 14 business days. The company is not responsible for bank delays or transfer fees.
- 2.3 Our Billing Department will contact the client within three business days of reviewing the request to finalize the resolution.
